जिलें में विकास कार्यों व हापुड़ में इन्वेस्टर समिट को लेकर सफल आयोजन और उद्योगों की स्थापना के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए एचपीडीए के वीसी डॉ. गौड़ का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए लखनऊ में मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने सम्मानित किया।
लखनऊ में मुख्यमंत्री आवास पर मुख्यमंत्री योगी से हापुड़ पिलखुवा विकास प्राधिकरण के वीसी डॉ नितिन गौड़ ने मुलाकात कर उनका आभार व्यक्त किया।
वीसी डॉ नितिन गौड़ ने सीएम को बताया कि प्राधिकरण क्षेत्र में सुनियोजित शहरी विकास को गति देने के लिए आनंद विहार व प्रीत विहार के बाद जल्द ही हरिपुर आवासीय योजना शुरू की जाएगी।26 दिसंबर 2025 को 956 आवासीय इकाइयों के लिए लकी ड्रा आयोजित किया गया, जिससे बड़ी संख्या में जरूरतमंद परिवारों को आवास का लाभ मिलेगा। बैठक में औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के विस्तार, नए इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया के विकास और लैंड बैंक तैयार करने पर भी विस्तृत चर्चा हुई।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्राधिकरण का लाभ वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में 112 करोड़ रुपए था, जो 2024-25 में बढ़कर 435 करोड़ रुपए हो गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री योगी ने आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए और क्षेत्र में निवेश बढ़ाने तथा रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित करने पर जोर दिया।सीएम योगी ने अच्छे कार्य के लिए वीसी को सम्मानित किया।
