हत्या के तीन दोषियों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा

जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश कोर्ट ने एक व्यक्ति की गई हत्या के मामले में मंगलवार को तीन आरोपियों को हत्या का दोषी करार देते हुए आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई है। साथ ही दोषियों पर बीस-बीस हजार रुपये का अर्थदंड भी लगया।
प्रभारी जिला शासकीय अधिवक्ता फौजदारी नरेश चंद शर्मा ने बताया कि मोहल्ला गोपीपुरा थाना हापुड़ नगर निवासी मनीष सैनी पुत्र दीपचंद सैनी ने हापुड़ नगर कोतवाली में एक तहरीर दी। जिसमें उसने कहा कि मेरा भाई बिटटू उर्फ ब्रजकिशोर तीस अक्टूबर 2016 को दीपावली का त्यौहार होने के कारण घर के बाहर दोस्तों के साथ आतिशबाजी कर रहा था। मेरा भाई रात्रि में घर नहीं आया तो परिजनों ने सुबह को घर के आसपास उसे तलाश किया। घर के पास की लाईफ लाईन अस्पताल के बाराबर में खाली पड़े प्लाट में मेरे भाई मृत अवस्था में पड़ा मिला। जिसके चेहरे व सिर पर चोट के निशान थे। जानकारी करने पर कुछ मोहल्ले वासियों ने बताया कि रात्रि में उसका भाई मोहल्ले के ही अंकुश पुत्र चंद्र सैनी, आशीष पुत्र जगदीश सैनी व अमित पुत्र संजय सैनी के साथ घूमता हुआ देखा था।
पुलिस ने तीनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ हत्या का मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोप पत्र न्यायालय में प्रेषित किया। मामले की सुनवाई जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश कोर्ट में चल रही थी। दोनों पक्षों को सुनने के बाद जिला जज मलखान सिंह ने मामले में मंलगवार को निर्णय सुनाया। न्यायाधीश मलखान सिंह ने मामले के तीनों आरोपी अंकुश, आशीष व अमित को हत्या का दोषी करार देते हुए आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई। साथ ही तीनों दोषियों पर बीस-बीस हजार रुपए का अर्थदंड भी लगाया। अर्थदंड अदा न करने पर दोषियों को एक-एक वर्ष का अतिरिक्त कारावास भुगतना होगा। साथ ही न्यायाधीश ने यह भी आदेश किया कि अर्थदंड की आधी धनराशि मृतक के परिजनों को प्रतिकार के रुप में दी जाए।
