शादी न करने पर युवती ने युवक पर लगाया रेप का आरोप
हापुड़ में घर पर अकेला पाकर युवती से किया दुष्कर्म, 25 लाख रुपये और कार न मिलने पर नहीं की शादी
एक गांव में शादी तय होने के बाद दहेज में 25 लाख रुपये और कार की मांग पूरी न होने पर युवक और उसके स्वजन ने शादी से मना कर दिया। युवती ने आरोपित युवक पर दुष्कर्म का भी आरोप लगाया है। सिंभावली क्षेत्र के एक गांव में शादी तय होने के बाद दहेज में 25 लाख रुपये और कार की मांग पूरी न होने पर युवक और उसके स्वजन ने शादी से मना कर दिया। युवती ने आरोपित युवक पर दुष्कर्म का भी आरोप लगाया है। पीड़ित पक्ष की तहरीर पर चार के खिलाफ रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है।
गांव में रहने वाली एक महिला कस्बे में ब्यूटी पार्लर की दुकान करती है। जिसमें पड़ोसी गांव की एक महिला अपना मेकअप कराने आती थी। आरोप है कि मेकअप कराने के लिए आने वाली महिला का बेटा विक्रांत नेवी में है, जिसने उसकी बेटी के साथ अपने बेटे की शादी करने की बात कही।
25 लाख और कार की मांग की
10 माह पूर्व में दोनों का रिश्ता तय कर दिया गया। जिसके बाद विक्रांत ने उसकी बेटी से मिलना-जुलना शुरू कर दिया। कुछ दिन बाद ही आरोपितों ने दहेज में 25 लाख रुपये और एक कार की मांग करना शुरू कर दिया। जिसे लेकर दोनों पक्षों के बीच पंचायत भी हुई, लेकिन आरोपित अपनी मांग पर अडे़ रहे।
दहेज न मिलने पर शादी से किया इनकार आरोप है कि छह नवंबर 2022 को विक्रांत अपने बहनोई के साथ उसके घर आया, जिसने अकेला पाकर उसकी बेटी से दुष्कर्म भी किया। वहीं, दहेज की मांग पूरी न होने पर शादी से इनकार कर दिया। थाना प्रभारी शीलेष कुमार का कहना है कि तहरीर के आधार पर नामजद आरोपित विक्रांत के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म सहित हरिराज, सुनीता व एक युवती के खिलाफ दहेज उत्पीड़न के आरोप में रिपोर्ट दर्ज कर ली गई है। शीघ्र ही सभी आरोपितों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाएगा।
