रामलखन की हत्याकांड का खुलासा: शराब को लेकर हुए विवाद में भाई ने की थी भाई की हत्या, गिरफ्तार

थाना बहादुरगढ़ पुलिस ने थाना क्षेत्रान्तर्गत ग्राम डहरा रामपुर निवासी रामलखन की हत्या का खुलासा करते हुए हत्यारोपी भाई को गिरफ्तार कर हत्या में प्रयुक्त की फावडी बरामद की।
जानकारी के अनुसार थाना बहादुरगढ़ क्षेत्र में 6 अगस्त को पुलिस ने घर के अंदर से रामलखन का शव बरामद किया था। ग्रामीणों ने हत्या की आंशका व्यक्त की थी।
एएसपी विनीत भटनागर ने बताया कि बहादुरगढ़ पुलिस द्वारा थाने में दर्ज केस का खुलासा करते हुए हत्यारोपी भाई यशपाल को गिरफ्तार किया गया है, जिसके कब्जे से आलाकत्ल लोहे की फावडी बरामद हुई है ।
पूछताछ का विवरण
गिरफ्तार हत्यारोपी भाई ने पूछताछ करने पर बताया कि मेरा भाई रामलखन (मृतक) शराब पीने का आदी था एवं शराब पीने के बाद वह हम सभी से मारपीट विवाद करता था, जिससे परेशान होकर मैं व मेरा भाई हीरासिंह जनपद गाजियाबाद में रहते हैं। मेरा छोटा भाई रामलखन ग्राम डेहरा रामपुर में बने मकान में अकेला रहता था जो बहुत शराब पीता था और लोगों को शराब पिलाकर अपना पैसा व जमीन जायदाद को बर्बाद करने में लगा था। दिनांक 06.08.2025 को मैं गाजियाबाद से अपने घर ग्राम डेहरा रामपुर बाईक से आया तो मेरा भाई रामलखन घर के गेट पर बैठा मिला। उसने मुझे शराब लाने के लिये पैसे दिये। हम दोनों ने घर में बैठकर शराब पी। मैंने रामलखन से कहा कि मैं तो बीमार रहता हूँ, तूने जमीन बेची है और तेरे पास पैसा भी है, तू अपनी शादी कर ले। इसी बात पर रामलखन ने गुस्से में कुर्सी उठाकर मुझे मारी, तो वहीं गेट के पास रखी लोहे की फावडी उठाकर मैंने रामलखन के सिर पर मारी दी, जिससे वह जमीन पर गिर गया और मैं डरकर अपनी बाईक लेकर वहां से चला गया।
