22 जून को मेरठ में आयोजित होने वाली दिव्यांग महापंचायत में हापुड़ में हुई दिव्यांग जनों भी होगें शामिल
हापुड़। रविवार को दिव्यांग साझा मंच की एक विशेष बैठक का आयोजन नगर पालिका परिषद हापुड़ में “धरना स्थल” पर किया गया। जिसमें राज्य दिव्यांग सलाहकार बोर्ड के सदस्य भागीरथ उर्फ भरतलाल शर्मा मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर बैठक में शामिल हुए। भगीरथ शर्मा ने बैठक में पहुंचे दिव्यांग जनों को बताया हैं कि आगामी 22 जून को मेरठ के धरना स्थल, कचहरी पर “दिव्यांग महापंचायत” का आयोजन किया जा रहा हैं। जिसमें हापुड़ से विभिन्न दिव्यांग संस्थाओं के पदाधिकारी महापंचायत में धरना स्थल पर पहुंचेंगे और अपनी मांगों को सरकार व अधिकारियों के समक्ष रखेंगे। महापंचायत में अधिनियम 2016 एक्ट को लागू करने की मांग की जाएगी। जिनमें मुख्य मुद्दे: दिव्यांगों के रोजगार के लिए 1 लाख से 10 लाख रुपए तक का सरकार की गारंटी द्वारा कर्ज नगर निगम व नगर पालिका ठेका आरक्षित होना चाहिए। आबकारी विभाग में शराब के ठेके दिव्यांगो के लिए आरक्षित, सरकारी विभाग में दिव्यांगों के लिए रिक्त पद बैकलॉग भर्तियों द्वारा होनी चाहिए। दिव्यांगजनों की शिक्षा व उनके बच्चों तथा उन पर आश्रित बच्चों की सभी प्रकार की शिक्षा निःशुल्क होनी चाहिए। UDID कार्ड को ही बीपीएल, आयुष्मान कार्ड व रेलवे पास में समायोजित किया जाना चाहिए। दिव्यांग जनों के बिजली व गैस के बिल निःशुल्क होने चाहिए। चुनाव में दिव्यांग जनों की सीट आरक्षित होनी चाहिए और दिव्यांगों का आरक्षण बढ़ाकर 15 प्रतिशत तक होना चाहिए। ये सभी मुद्दे आगामी 22 जून को मेरठ में कचहरी धरना स्थल पर दिव्यांग जनों देवा उठाए जाएंगे।
उन्होंने आह्वान किया हैं कि महापंचायत को सफल बनाने के लिए अधिक से अधिक संख्या में दिव्यांगजन पहुंचें और अपनी आवाज को बुलंद करें। बैठक की अध्यक्षता संजीव कुमार अग्रवाल ने की। इस दौरान पवन कुमार, संजय तोमर, सरफराज, संजीव त्यागी, विनोद कुमार गुप्ता, पूनम राजपूत, मोनिंदर सिंह, नीरज सिंह, कंचन रानी, रुपेंद्र शर्मा, विनीत उर्फ कपिल शर्मा, अमित कुमार सिंह, सतीश कुमार, पवन कुमार सिंह, नसरीन बेगम, राकेश कुमार वर्मा, रविंद्र कुमार सिंह,मनोज कुमार गर्ग, सुरेंद्र कुमार सिंह आदि लोग उपस्थित रहे।
