मानसिक स्वास्थ्यको तंदुरुस्त रखने में भी मुलेठी बहुत ही फायदेमंद होती है। इसलिए इसका सेवन समय-समय पर हमेशा करना चाहिए।
सर्दी, जुकाम, खांसी में आराम मिलता है
यह एक नेचुरल ब्रोंकोडायलेटर है। सर्दियों मे हम सभी सर्दी-जुकाम जैसी समस्याओं से अक्सर घिर ही जाते हैं ऐसे में मुलेठी की चाय या काढ़े से हमें बहुत आराम मिल सकता है। यह खासकर सूखी खांसी में बहुत ही फायदेमंद हो सकती है।
