हापुड़। हापड़ बार एसो. से जुड़े कुछ अधिवक्ताओं ने एक बैठक कर बार काउंसिल आॅफ उत्तर प्रदेश के निर्देश के बाद चल रही हड़ताल से अलग होकर आज से काम पर लौटने तथा न्यायिक कार्य करने का ऐलान किया है। वहीं बार एसो. के सचिव
नरेंद्र शर्मा ने कहा कि मांगे न माने तक हड़ताल व धरना जारी रहेगा। शुक्रवार को भी धरना व हड़ताल जारी रही। बैठक में वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता चैधरी रामपाल सिंह ने कहा कि बार काउंसिल आॅफ उत्तर प्रदेश हमारी मातृ संस्था है। हमारी सभी बार उसके आदेश/निर्णय को मानने के लिए बाध्य है। इसलिए हम बार काउंसिल आॅफ उत्तर प्रदेश के आदेश का सम्मान करते हुए आज 22 सितंबर से न्यायिक कार्य करेंगे। बैठक में हापुड़ बार एसो. के कनिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष ठाकुर रामअवतार सिंह तोमर ने कहा कि हापुड़ बार के निवर्तमान अध्यक्ष एवं सचिव लगातार बार काउंसिल आॅफ उत्तर प्रदेश के निर्णय के विपरीत बिना कारण धरना प्रदर्शन कर रहे है। इसलिए
बार काउंसिल आॅफ उत्तर प्रदेश के चेयरमैन के 19 सितंबर के निर्णय के अनुपालन में 22 सितंबर से न्यायिक कार्य किया जाएगा।बैठक में वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता बीडी शर्मा, राजेश शर्मा, जयभगवान शर्मा, अशोक वशिष्ठ, अनिल आजाद, नरेश चंद शर्मा, हरपाल सिंह सिसौदिया, बिजेंद्र चैहान, शिवकुमार शर्मा, रोहताश निराला, प्रमोद शर्मा, केपी सिंह, जगदीश जौहरी आदि मौजूद थे।
इधर, बार एसो. के सचिव नरेंद्र शर्मा ने कहा कि अधिवक्ताओं को आंदोलन जारी है। शुक्रवार को भी हड़ताल व धरना जारी है। उन्होंने कहा कि आगामी 29 सितंबर की सुबह 11 बजे को हापुड़ कचहरी के बाहर धरना स्थल पर अधिवक्ताओं का एक महासम्मेलन किया जाएगा। जिसमें आगे की रणनीति तय की जाएगी। इसके अलावा गुरूवार को 20 जिलों की बार एसो. के अध्यक्ष व सचिव एडीजी मेरठ जोन से मिले और वकीलों पर दर्ज मुकदमें खत्म करने, मामले की जांच सीबीसीआईडी से कराने, एडवोकेट प्रोटेेक्शन एक्ट फोरी तौर पर तुरंत लागू कराने की मांग की।
