महिला से रेप के प्रयास का आरोप , एफआईआर

थाना पिलखुवा क्षेत्र के एक गांव निवासी महिला ने खेत में खड़ी फसल पर ट्रैक्टर से जोतने का विरोध करने पर गांव निवासी पर रेप का आरोप लगाया है। पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
पिलखुवा क्षेत्र के गांव शाहपुर फगौता शाहपुर फगौता निवासी शीतल ने बताया कि 23 फरवरी 2021 को भूमि का बैनामा विरेंद्र पाल सिंह उसकी पत्नी सुशीला देवी से किया था। जिससे उनके पति लोकेश ने बैंक को पूरे रुपये देकर एनओसी लेकर बैनामा करा लिया था। विरेंद्र पाल सिंह, सुशीला देवी और उसके पुत्र लोकेश ने धोखाधड़ी करके जमीन पर 23 मार्च 2023 को दोबारा से लोन ले लिया था, उसके बाद उन्होंने जबरन खेत में खड़ी फसल पर ट्रैक्टर से जोत दिया। विरोध करने पर दबंगों ने महिला से दुष्कर्म करने का प्रयास किया। कोतवाली पुलिस से शिकायत करने के बाद भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई। जिसके बाद पीड़िता ने एसपी कुंवर ज्ञानजय सिंह से शिकायत की। उनके आदेश पर कोतवाली पुलिस ने महिला समेत तीन नामजद आरोपियों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज किया है।
